Our commitment for quality – for more than 30 years
Siebert + Knipschild GmbH establishment was in 1983 and it was the first testing body for plastic and building products and their quality assurance in the drainage section in Germany. The company is – then and today – one of the leading testing laboratories relating to the trenchless pipeline network rehabilitation and reparation procedures and technology in Germany. Besides that we are an inspection body with the construction and installation from plastic components in use and making material analysis of industry and consumer goods. Our commission is to provide security for building projects to clients and contractors.
About us
We dispose about a accreditation by DAKKS for many accomplished building products examinations in the drainage section as well as our work as an inspection body. Furthermore we are approved by the German Institute of Construction Technology (DIBt) as an admission office. As one of ten companies nationwide we are listed as a foreign testing position in plastic components for landfill sealing by the Federal Institute for Material research – and testing (BAM) Here you can find all the qualifications.
We are always in demand as experts, through our neutral and independent work. We ensure clarity for manufacturer and users with analytics relating to the material composition and the mechanical characteristics – as a public sworn-in expert (öbuv) partly to court procedures.
In our team are working 30 active engineers, technicians, inspectors and many more specialists that are serving our clients and costumer. Diversity is our daily life and we are happy to say that several employees are working with us for decades.
Our laboratory and our headquater is on the eastern city border to Hamburg in Oststeinbek. Our employees provide our service also in our office in Hamm (NRW) and Haar near Munich.
We prove our experiences in numerous projects and provide confidence in the use of plastics in the construction sector. We are bringing along our competence and qualification relating to quality assurance for years as well as in many panels that create sets of rules and quality standards – national and international.
We award a prize to good work: Every year we honor companies that have been doing well as contractors in the pipe lining industry with the seal “end product hose liner – tested quality”.
